Eagle Liner does not care

Eagle Liner does not care about their passengers. They don't service their buses. We've been stuck for more than 6 hours in Stutterheim coming from East London to Pretoria. They sent a mechanic who arrived 4 hours late and he is failing to fix it. Eagle Liner is not sending a Recovery bus...Passengers are now frustrated and angry.
