Eagle liner buses poor service n rude drivers

Eagle liner service n planning is so poor n their drivers are so rude and disgusting, I booked for my kids 2 weeks ago to come back to joburg from home Ladysmith KZN, the driver said they are not on the system & they made them stand on the bus, I had to call their office's then they called the driver to make a space for them, the were sitted on a 3 sitter but they were ppl on it, they had to squize them like I didn't pay a full price for them, when I get to their window at park station to claim my refund, the rude driver said my kids r lying, imagen the nerve of that man...nxa
