Eagle liner buses/ inter city buses

I bought tickets from a retail store and saw that they made a mistake then I called eagle liner buses to rectify it okay I had to pay a certain percentage I did they told me to pay R940 for all 5 tickets then when I confirm our return date and time then they told me I have to pay for my daughter's ticket then I did as I was told because I didn't want to stress her I had to pay R465, then comes the day to return back home they said the bus will leave at 7am we got there at 7 when we get the the guy didn't even look at us we tried to stop him but he did we paid onther money for taxi to catch up with the bus when we got to Durban station the lady who was bezy at the reception said the is nothing she can help me with we should just buy other tickets after I have spend more than I was expecting eagle liner buses guys a not trying to be funny but their services stinks am so hate and had a very bad experience this weekend with this bus company
