Eagle Liner Bus services/Trip

I bought 2 tickets for my 2 daughters and my sister via Computicket which was meant to depart from Queenstown at 18-15 however it left around 21-00.

Eagle Liner driver changed them to a bus which was not branded Eagle Liner they nearly lost their bags and also stating that the bus was hot and no aircon and my 6yearold has Broncho my sister had to lift her so she can get air through the windows.

She was bitten by mosquitoes and there were spiders on that bus.

Where my sister was seated and other passenger it was leaking as it was raining & Bus was speeding and i tried calling no answer on their 010 number the response I got via email was "Thank you for bringing this matter up we will ensure this wont happen again to any passenger"

What about heatlh issues?
