Eagle Liner Bus services is the WORST everrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

My aunt booked a bus ticket with Eagle Liner from Ashton to Port Elizabeth for the 10th of Oct 2021. Pick up time 21h00 but must be there half an hour earlier. We waited till 22h40 before we decided to go home. While waiting, we contacted 3 of their numbers on their website. 2 was not in use anymore and the 3rd one gave a Whatsapp number where they will assist us. So I added the number and send a message. They read the message and after a good 10minutes asked for the ticket number which I send. Then no reply. My messages was read though. And till today no answer. Now they won't give her a refund coz according to them the bus did arrive but can't give a specific time when it arrived in Ashton.
