Eagle liner bus poorest service

I don't think they even deserve my rate, no service at all my kids are stuck at Alwall North, in a bus that was supposed to leave Pretoria 5pm Surtaday and arrived in Port Elizabeth 8am today, the bus left JHB park station 10:40pm and now it's stuck, when I request my daughter to give the phone to the driver so I can enquire, he rudely responded 'what does she wants' eagles liner is the worst bus ever that has operated, with rude workers. Am sooo not happy with their service
