Eagle liner Bus Nightmare

630 bus arrived 845pm. Bus from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town had a hugh passenger side window smashed to smithereens and glass all over floor and seats and no explaination given no broom in the bus. Driver says the 11 hour bus journey will take 16 hours. The drive was cold and blustery like and open bus. Their website is gone. There is no customer service number . The manager was rude and hung up. I am now very sick from the ride.
