Eagle Liner bus is the PITS...

On Friday the 6th Of May the bus stopped me and and few other people in the bus wanted to jump off quickly to urinate since the bus didn’t have a restroom. As we were approuching the door there was a very loud woman voice rudely shouting in isiZulu “Yeyi niyaphi? Cela ningihlalele phansi ngsafaka abantu ebhasin” (Hey where you going? Sit down I’m still putting people into the bus) we went back to our seats and then people who are selling stuff started flicking into the bus to sell which i am not really against but I stood up and asked the lady why we can’t jump off to urinate but hawkers are mina la ePMB kuphethe mina. Bengafuneke ugibele i bus e cheap marine standard esphezulu” ( You can not tell me anything. I run Piertermaritzburg Eagle loner terminal. You should not have booked a cheap bus if your standards are high. This is a cheap bus!). I was very disappointed at how the lady handled the situation and it was clear that these people working at bus terminals are not trained and do not have business urticates. We then left Marritzburg and when we approached the Escourt I noticed that the seats behind the driver were empty. I then took my back pack and moved to one of the seats since I was squashed in the other seat. The driver in isiZulu rudely said “Wemfethu ususwa yini la kade uhleli Khona? Awuphindele Khona ke” (Dude what is bothering you where you were sitted? Just go back to your seat). I took pictures of the lady at the PMB terminals and the numberplate of the bus which was not in good condition to be driving people to Johannesburg. It was my first time catching Eagle Liner I would not do it again and I wouldn’t recommend any one to use Eagle Liner. Yes their tickets are reasonable but the service is poor and when you complain you will be reminded that it’s a cheap bus what do you expect when you ride with us ?
