Eagle Liner Bus has the worst service

Eagle Liner Bus company has been without a doubt THE WORST bus company I have ever dealt with. They are completely unprofessional. Waiting on a family member who was delayed for more than 3 hours because the bus driver was unprepared and took a wrong route. The call centre was pathetic and the WhatsApp line I was ignored on. At bus stops, bus drivers take their time and passengers are left to wait on the driver. Right now, we are waiting for the bus for my family member that was supposed to leave at 19:45pm, I wonder how many hours we are going to wait for today.
