EAGLE LINER BUS

On the 29th of August 2023 I bought Eagle Liner bus ticket. The departure date for the ticket is 21 September 2023 and the arrival date is 22 September 2023. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the ticket on the 17th of September 2023. I visited the Eagle Liner Offices in Queenstown , they agreed that they will cancel the ticket. They processed it via their head office and confirmed that they will refund , the refund will take 15-21 days. But to date the refund has not been processed.
