Poor Service

This bus is a that **** please be warned.. They are not reliable.. last year 20th June I booked a bus that never pitched my sister and I sat the whole night at the bus station I ended up booking another bus! Till today they have never refund me! I have been emailing and calling nothing!

I cannot stand this bus and this is not first time they did this!
