Eagle liner bad service

I am very disappointed with eagle liner, the service is so bad , I cancelled my ticket on the 2nd of October they said I will get my refund after 21 days . then on the 1st of November I received a WhatsApp message saying they can't deposit into my Nedbank account I gave them the tymebank account and they said to me I will get it before the end of this week now when I call them today 7 November 2024 they say next week Friday I am tired of this company I just want my money
