Eagle liner bad service

I had a problem on Friday and then I emailed them, called them, asking for them to reschedule my bus ticket date to Wednesday.Cause I had to travel on Saturday.They haven't responded or anything and I then asked my sister who was supposed to go. She said that she went to the station and they didn't find any bus until 8 am and the bus was supposed to depart at 6:30 am
