Eagle Liner and Computicket Travel

Purchased a bus ticket through Computicket Travel for Eagle Liner on 29 June 2020 @ 03h10. We had to get up at 01h00 to get ready and drive 40km to get to pick up point. Was there at 02h30 (as we have to be there 30min before departure). Needless to say that we waited till 04h30 - no show. Tried phoning Eagle Liner, send an email and tried phoning Computicket Travel with NO LUCK. Had to drive all the way back home and purchased another bus ticket WITH ANOTHER company as till date no email nor phone call from either of the 2 companies.
