Eagle Liner **** alert!

I booked tickets through checkers for a bus to Durban using Eagle Liner bus, I realized that I would not be able to go and contacted them using their Whatsapp number, firstly the communication was poor, had to call countless times to no avail, eventually I got a hold of them and they told me that it would take 15-21 working days to refund R400, I have been patiently waiting, I texted them again and suddenly their system is currently unavailable, I used my resources to get to checkers to see what can be done, the employees at checkers called their landline multiple times and it was not answered, 3 weeks later I am enquiring again and now they're asking for the information again, I am highly upset and irritated with their lack of professionalism and on top of that their non communication, if ever you want to use Eagle Liner I highly recommend that you don't it's a huge ****!
