EAGLE LINER A NIGHTMARE

my cousin and child left with eagle liner yesterday Friday 02-07-2021 at 18;00 until now they haven't arrived from yesterday the bus broke down and they had to wait for hours for another bus in the middle of nowhere .when that second bus arrived it also broke down along the way till now they haven't arrived its Saturday 03-07-2021 20;00 basically they travelled whole night and whole day .when I phoned their offices this morning I was told that its normal for a bus to break down and the people sounded so casual about it. IM wondering how is this bus allowed to be on the road .
