Dropped at wrong destination and driver dismissed girl child at midnight

My daughter booked a ticket from EL to PE and ticket says she will be dropped at Newton Park, the driver dropped her at Strand Station at night and refused to drop her in Newton park as per the ticket, he left the girl child stranded at night at the station that is soo scary at CBD area, the child kept on showing her the ticket with destiny and he dismissed her telling her to get off the bus at midnight alone stranded at a very dangerous strand street, a girl child, she waited 3hrs at night as she was dropped at a wrong place, a girl child at night
