Double payment

The company’s system itself is very bad. I bought a ticket online and when I got on the bus my name couldn’t appear on their list and somehow that was my problem??? Okay long story short, I was told to get off the bus. Mind you the payment has gone through. I paid again even after providing them with my proof of payment and ticket details. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
