Dont use Eagle Liner busses!

I booked a bus with Eagle Liner from Welkom in the Freestate to Johannesburg where I was going to catch a flight to zimbabwe... the bus was 3 and a half hours late, which caused me to miss my flight and i was too late to get a refund for the flight or rebook the flight as you need 6 hours to do this... before the flight leaves. I communicated with someone of Eagle Liner on their Whatsapp line as they were not answering calls at 1:00 in the morning. This person took an hour to tell me the bus is 2 hours late, and the bus was then 3 and a half hours late. I told this person that I want a refund as I can not get on the bus since my flight had already departed. I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me as I want a refund. The service is awful and I strongly advise against using Eagle Liner busses. I am surprised that they are still in business.
