DON'T DO IT !!!

Firstly they don't have working lines all 3 numbers on the site don't work, the customer service email doesn't even exist. Dear eagle liner

What an appalling service! Never making the mistake of riding with you again.

I made a booking for today morning from Newcastle to JHB - park station the bus was meant to leave at 7.30 am and arrive at 11.45. I can understand an hour or 30min delay but a whole damn 2hours and 30min that’s ****ty service. And worse it’s not even a delay from the morning but instead it’s just the bus itself your ETA was waaaay off the mark because it literally took you 6hours to get to JHB!!! 6 ****** hours

I had booked this bus because I had an exam at 1 in UJ guess well I didn’t write it because of you guys! Well done eagle liner.
