Donkey bus

Iyhoo I honestly don't know where to start, we are aware Covid did a lot of damage. However the service at Eagle liner is beyond terrible, bus was late no communication, bus arrives only takes 19 people, if I have to carry on about the 23rd will run out of characters. If I want to change the date on a ticket I need to give them 6 hours notice, however they can change times on their schedule and only give us 4 hours. You phone in get told no refunds but you can choose another date and route, honestly do you think I want to find myself on your coaches again????
