Do not take take this bus it's unsafe and careless.

Booked a ticket yesterday to go to Capetown from Uitenhage. BUS departure was supposed to be at 21:40 arrive at 08:15 After freezing at the Uitenhage terminus for full 3 hours risking our lives being in danger of being sported by ******** I DECIDED TO GO BACK HOME. We tried to call the office numbers several times without any response. No notification was done to alert us of what was going on. This company is *********** and unprofessional Right now my only concern is all the money I have wasted booking a ticket and would like to have a refund. Tried to send them an email, and it was returned , SO! ALL THE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESS LISTEDNON THIER SITES ARE NOT EVEN WORKING. U CAN'T CONTACT THEM.
