!! DO NOT BUY TICKETS !!

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought 2 tickets from this company in August. Cancelled the tickets in October, which is only scheduled for December.

I cancelled because my friends had the worst interaction with them and their drivers.

The refund process apparently takes 15 - 20 working days (Who still uses this old refund system?).

22 November came, and the 20 working days was gone, still no refund issued. The whatsapp service ignores you, with no help. The call centre keeps saying there's a backlog.

I ended up getting my refunds on 6 Dec, after I had to involve my lawyers.

Worst bus company, worst customer service. They MUST close down!
