DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP.....Eagle Liner/Delta deserves NO star. This company is totally ******* & no one is competent enough to take responsibility. No phone numbers work & no reply to emails. I booked a ticket for my 72 year old Gogo & she was so ill treated. The bus had no toilet as stated when booked. Her luggage was 3kg under, yet the staff threatened her to pay R100 bribe money. I booked CT to Pretoria, however they decided to reroute the Journey via JHB & no one was informed. I even spoke to the bus driver & he completely disregarded my question. She arrived 9 HOURS later. They were dropped off at the side of the road twice, 4am in the morning. So sad that people can disrespect another human being like this.
