Dissapointing Service

This is ridiculas and dissapointing. Never ever using Eagle liner ever and not even going to recommend it anyone. I had booked for a departure for 07:20 waited till 08:02 with no one having to explain or notify us that there is a delay, then at 08:07 a bus written kalamazoo shows up and we told to get in and again with no explanation or appologies. Now it is flippin 08:20 and we are still sitting in the bus feeling hot and sweating with no explanation this is ridiculous and pathetic.
