Disrespectful Eagle Liner bus Drivers

I booked a bus ticket from Kokstad to Pretoria on the 30th of October 2023 with City Liner and I was told that the bus had a break down, then I was told to take the eagle liner which was not comfortable at all! Then the driver stopped the bus and told the passengers that he won't go anywhere till passengers move from the back seat so that the other driver can sleep. We were not asked but told to move and we had to stop for more than an hour. The bus left Kokstad around past 7pm and stopped at pietermaritzburg for more than an hour! I'll never ever book a bus with this company and the drivers are disrespectful and rude.
