disgusting services

I have travelled from Johannesburg to Cape Town on 04/08/2018. Service number EL3070. Computicket Ref B4AGAFDZ / L4AF008C

The bus was scheduled to leave at 19h15 but only left Park station at 21h00.

45mins from Bloemfontein the bus got stuck with no diesel. We were not even informed why were standing in the middle of no where. At 02h00 Sunday 05/08/2018 we were still standing on the same place and still no diesel. At 04am we are still standing. At 06h42 Sunday 05/08/2018 we spoke to a gentleman call Jeff and he said the mechanic is on their way to the bus. At 08h30 we spoke to Jeff again and he said the mechanic is on it’s way. A white vehicle with REG NP157387 brought diesel at 09h30.

Instead of the bus arriving at CPT station at 13h00, we only arrived at CPT station at 22h45. This is total disgusting services and not even an apology from anyone instead we were being shouted and screamed at by the bus driver.
