Disgusting service

Disgusting service. The bus was supposed to leave at 7:30 am from Parkstation, it only arrived at 8:30. The bus then went to Brixton and the driver turned back and said the bus isn't ok, the passengers were taken to Parkstation again and wait for another bus, it took 45mins for the bus to get there. The bus has now stopped at Brixton again and they've been told to wait for a bus coming from Newcastle. What **** business is this?? Is this how you treat people who spend their hard earned cash?? You have no respect for your passengers!!!!
