Disgusting service

I bought a bus ticket to leave Jhb to Durban at 7:30 am there was only 1 bus which was written nozulu it got full there 11 of us left behind we waited till 10 am nobody saying anything to us wen we ask they kept saying it's coming in 20 min I'm really disgusted by thier service and will never bord thier bus ever again nd will tell evry 1 I know abt this sies !!
