Disgusting Service

Can Eagle liner please refund me my money? I bought a ticket at Checkers Kroonstad yesterday for my niece to Queenstown. The bus arrived at Ultra City in Kroonstad 30 minutes later, I was already there as I arrived at 18:00 while the bus was supposed to arrive at 18:45. I walked to the bus as it came to stop just behind my car, I waited for the doors to open, but the bus sped off with no explanation. I called several times Eagle Liner's office with no help, what should I do with this ticket? Why are you not answering my calls, you read my WhatsApp and you did no respond. Please refund me my money you are disgusting!
