Disgusting Customer Service

Terrible Bus. Do not use it when traveling. The bus shakes as its being driven. Its dirty inside. My tickets said departure is 15:30 but when I arrived at 15:15 the bus had left me, in Matatiele. I had to use a taxi and catch up with it in the town (Kokstad). Extra costs for me. When I arrived in Kokstad and asked the driver, he showed no remorse whatsoever.
