Disgusting customer service .

So I booked Eagle liner for the first time from Cape Town to Kwt the bus was scheduled for 17:45 bravo they were on time , but the service is disgusting this rude bus driver wearing a blue DHL jacket no name tag on wanted to hit a female passenger who was sitting next to me instead of asking the lady to move her bag he throw it on the passage and started to swear all of us , wicked man . I hope people don't use eagle liner again for as long they like cheap labour
