Disgusting

Disgusting service ever, they don't care about the safety of passengers to them as long as they get the money. You send a bus to Durban station knowing it has a problem with brakes???? You should be part of the long distance travel. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone it's standard is like Putco Bus R550 is not worth it. Worst experience ever If you know you don't have a proper bus give people their refund so they take another it's within their right not for you to kill them.
