Disgusted by Eagle liner service

I was supposed to be travelling to Johannesburg from Pietermaritzburg on 10-10-2021 I booked a bus on 08-10-2021 B58WY0XM for 21:30 , I waited for the bus to arrive until 1:30 am when I phoned I was told the bus is on the way . An intercity came and was full when we enquired from the bus driver they had no idea about where the eagle liner was . I was not just waiting by myself I was with my 10 year old daughter , as well as my 2 year old baby . We kept on running up and down when we saw a bus to be told it’s full and the drivers cannot help up … my daughter is supposed to go to school tomorrow and I’m supposed to be at work … It was the first time booking and eagle liner and I would never book it again . There was no communication whatsoever and their office were closed ..
