Disappointment by Eagle Liner bus services

I was supposed to leave Matatiele for Johannesburg at 15:45. I arrived at the garage in time for my trip and the bus left me. Infact, by 15:00 I had long arrived for the trip. I then asked one of the employees at Shell Garage if the bus had arrived and he said that it left at 15:00 and to my surprise he added that the bus stopped by the trees across the road. I use the bus and I know the bus stop as the car port at the Shell Garage. I was not even aware that the bus now stops by the trees, hence I did not see it arrive or leave. There are many trees there and I would not know where to wait for the bus. Busses always stop at the garage which is why I waited at the garage.
