Disappointed

In a bus from Cedarville to Johannesburg around 22:00 the bus has broken down in the middle of nowhere instead of them sending us another bus we are being told that we should wait for mechanic who is still looking for a pipe that had broken in the bus...so our safety is not considered here.we have to wait in the middle of nowhere and freeze we can even get ****** here...can we please have another bus
