Disappointed customer

I just had the worst experience with this bus service. So we traveling from Durban to Johannesburg and we stop at PMB for the normal stop. However that stop turned to an hour and 30minutes long wait for drivers that are supposed to travel back to Johannesburg. We advised the driver we can't wait as this is messing with our plans and arrangements as we are traveling by night however we were not heard. We received no formal apology for this nor any compensation for the time lost and arrangements ruined which put my life in danger as I'd now have to make other plans to get home.
