Dirty bus ,bad customer service, zero communication

The bus I booked forgot about me and passed where I was waiting

Then the next bus pick me up 2hrs later and when the bus driver got there , he was rude and told me to quickly get inside the bus, my bus left me, he is doing me a favor when I was still busy packing my bags

I felt like it was really a favour I didn't paid any cent

He was very rude and in hurry

Bus was stinky and seat dirty

Seat belts not working
