Delayed, uncomfortable bus. Poor service.

Your service is very poor. I waited for three hours at Park Station. There were no buses to Lusikisiki. I was suppose to leave at 18:45 but I left at 21:48.

How do you sell so many tickets when you don’t have a plan coz clearly they didn’t have a plan. There was only one bus that was also late, it left an hour late as well. After that we had to wait 2 more hours. No one was saying anything.

When they finally made a plan, they bought Gauteng Coaches. The bus is cold, seats are not comfortable.

After paying R800 this is the service I get. This is really not acceptable. I need a refund.
