I booked a ticket on Sunday for Sunday evening, I arrived at departure destination to find out I'm not on the list but payment was received, We call the head office with the bus driver to find out that payment was received and to confirm my booking all was confirmed but the bus was already full and no space for me so we come to an agreement to leave the following morning. I had paid R1055 for the Sunday Bus and the Monday bus R855,Ive been trying since Monday to get a refund on the difference owing but I have not had any luck on their Whats app help line and their landlines are useless as well.
