Dangerous bus driver

My son booked a bus ticket with the above Bus services and when he tried to get on the bus there were no seats available. His ticket was paid but no indication that there were no more seats available. to top their poor pathetic service, the bus driver (there were two of them) was extremely rude to my son, told him to sit on the floor while other driver was laying on the drivers bed(he said they sleep on that seat/bed).

The driver sweared at my son and wanted to HIT him and that is extremely bad and unprofessional and seems the driver is dangerous. we must be careful to travel this bus service and make use of them if there is a possibility that the driver is intoxicated or cant work with people as he was rude, angry and impatient.
