Complaint

I have never encountered such disrespect and unproffesionalism in my life. The bus was 2hrs30mins late on a trip from Midrand to East London,there after we were stuck at a nearby garage where the driver told us we were waiting for his co driver and that took another 40mins delay. The disaster didn't stop there,after the 1st toll gate, we stopped and continued to wait for this other driver. By then everyone was furious,ready to call the police. Two drivers came after a 20min wait. I don't know how it can be allowed for such things to happen because some people chose the bus because of the time of arrival tht was convenient. I would like a refund for the inconvenience and the havok and the disrespect. The driver even threatened to take his bags and leave us on the road. Someone please do something about this because I am taking it to the social media to expose their incompetency
