Complain

o n the 06 February 2019, I was suppose to go to Bellville using Eagle liner bus from George. I arrived at the station @23H00, the bus was for 23H30.Unfortunatley the bus didnot arrive then I decieded to go back home and the time was 02h00. The following day I did call the bus customer centre and I was told that the bus did arrive @22H50, then I asked them to cancell my tickect since it was a return. They promised to payback my money but even today I have not recieve my money I gave my details to Mpumie and everytime I call them I hear different stories.Please advise me what can I do now. My ticket number was ELIX***5 & ELIX***6. There service is bad.
