City liner poor services

Booked a bus for Butterworth set to depart at 19h15 in 20 December 2019. It is now 21h49 and no bus has arrived to take us to our destination. No staff from eagle liner is professional enough to explain what could be the problem. So pathetic and unprofessional of the company that doesn’t care about its customers.
