I purchased a ticket on line with my credit card on 22 Apr 2019 for R170 for the 23 Apr 2019 from Park Station to Newcastle, the on line booking did not generate a ticket, but debited my account. On the morning of the 23 Apr 2019, I was asked to pay R170 cash & contact their offices for a refund. Many calls were made to their offices & e-mails sent, promises made of refund, BUT NO REFUND PAID.
