CANCELATION IN TIME - REFUND REQUEST

I tried calling, sent emails and even reached out on their WhatsApp absolutely nothing. This service is pathetic, I sent an email to request for a cancelation. I have had no response and still awaiting a response. I want my refund for the cancelation I submitted in time with absolutely no response. Make contact with me URGENTLY I want my refund.
