Good day

Firstly this complaint is in no way directed at the buss driver, who in fact was friendly and very professional.

The buss broke down twice and caused in total three hour delays and we had to get our family to drive from Ballito to pertermaritzburg to pick us up as the only solution for the problem was to shove a already full buss onto another half full buss resulting in almost 30 people having to stand in the isle to the next stop.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable and I would like a full refund of all money paid to your company. I will not be traveling back to johannesburg with your liner and would never ever recommend this service again to anyone.
