Can I get my refund please

I'm very disappointed on them they don't want to refund me my money the amount of R820 I made reservation on the 22 may 2024 it was cancelled due to the taxi industry they forced us to a taxi and chased the bus away I've been to their office demanding my money till today no response from eagle liner
