Bus Operational Delays and no communication

Okay so i booked a ticket online for a bus ticket and i got a ticket that says the bus leaves at 17:30pm, however when i got to the bus station i checked in and the bus was nowhere to be found until 18:00pm from the Pretoria station, which then went to the Johannesburg Park Station, and we kept on goin in and out of the bus like we are lost puppies.. the service in this company is really bad, starting from the Pretoria office, and the bus Conditions not good also.. this is just my experience.
