Bus number 812

Bad experience ever *** Bus number 812, driver was Shabalala,,, the bus was from Umtata to Cape town from Saturday the 5th January 2025, I booked for 14h00 then I was at the bus station already by 12h00.

Got an SMS apologizing about 2 hour delay hence it came at 4pm, we were packing our own bags none of the 4 drivers assisted us. it was overbooked other passengers were standing for more than 4 hours....we got in Takastat at 9pm the bus was stuck without any communication until the passengers were furious asking what went wrong, bus driver denied to give us a bus owner's contact details, we called the police to intervene so that we would known our way forward, when the police came over bus driver then told the police that he's waiting for the mechanic to come over from PE ,,,

Mind you...we had to wait like 6 hours (for the mechanic to come from PE) then the bus departure at 3:30am then we got in Cape town at 2pm.

I don't recommend anyone to book this k**k.... service was extremely poor, driver didn't won't stop at garages,,, it was like a movie i will never book it again,,, I'm thanks****
